Life with ARC Performance Training has been without a doubt, one of the most rewarding fitness programs I have ever participated in. Since starting with ARC September 2007 the quality of my life has greatly improved. This is the first time EVER that I have been injury free while training. I realized that now I RUN down stairs and do not hold the railing – it has been over 30 years since I could do that. Now, I can do proper squats, lunges and have better balance than ever before. Chad and his team made SURE that every movement and exercise is executed properly and is customized to the participant’s current ability level.
