About Us

ARC PTS is a White Rock / South Surrey based Limited Liability Company created in 2006 by its President, Chad Benson. The ARC training system is the result of Chad's extensive education and experience in sport performance & fitness. ARC PTS delivers affordable, cutting edge, scientifically based health, fitness and performance training & education to elite, recreational and fitness minded athletes. The ARC training and educational systems integrates the best of athletic conditioning, functional strength, balance, yoga, ‘p'repair to perform reconditioning, & myofascial therapy into progressive athletically-driven workouts and seminars.

Mission Statement

To provide highly personalized, cutting edge, well researched education and performance based training programs to healthy or recovering fitness enthusiasts & athletes.

The Arc Vision

Through the development of world class facilities, training programs and educational materials, the ARC mandate is to create results via a client centered approach. ARC's performance based training programs are strategically developed to help clients overcome muscle imbalances, improve injury resistance and obtain maximum performance based results with highly personalized programs. With a commitment to small groups & individual attention, no ARC athlete's training experience is the same.

The Arc Difference

ARC's client centered approach creates an environment ensuring each athlete receives a highly personalized experience. ARC coaches are trained to detect and correct injury causing movement errors and muscle imbalances, via individualized ‘p'repair to perform exercise prescriptions. The goal of each ARC training program is to increase your resistance to, not set you up for injury. It's never appropriate for an entry level fitness client to join into large group high intensity formats. Because ARC is a multilevel training system, it is appropriate for most levels of fitness and performance. New to fitness (See: What Program is Right For Me) participants are strongly encouraged to participate in PREARC, ARC 1 on 1 or ARC Fundamentals programs prior to progressing to the advanced ARC formats. Most Bootcamp, CrossFit, &  group fitness exercise programs are not well designed / instructed to accommodate individual variation. Furthermore, due to the lack of individual attention, entry level instructor qualifications, high instructor to client ratio and improperly progressed training programs, many functional or performance based programs cause or increase your risk of injury.
